Why is my iPhone's widgets unable to load?


If this situation happens, there are 2 only known causes:

1. You have not created a home yet. 

Solution: Please follow the steps in this article to learn how to add a home in the Near App. 

2. Your Near App account is being used on more than one smartphone. 

Solution: Simply sign out from the other smartphones sharing your Near account, refresh your Near App and your widgets should work properly. If you are sharing your home with a spouse and family members, they can create their own Near account. Thereafter, you can add them to your home by following the steps found in this article
