Product Exchange Policy

2 Weeks from the Date of Purchase. 

All customers who purchased products are entitled to product exchanges within a 2-week period from the date of purchase (inclusive of the day of purchase itself, weekends and public holidays)

Terms & Conditions

  1. The product must be in its original condition, i.e. No hardware or cosmetic damages. 
  2. The packaging, accessories and instruction manuals must be in their original condition.
    • It is acceptable if the transparent sealing stickers (if applicable) are torn. 
    • It is not acceptable if an Apple HomeKit QR Code or other stickers containing important information that directly affects the use of the products are torn. 
  3. You can exchange product(s) within the same order only once
  4. We will not refund the balance/difference of the exchanged product should its selling price be lower than the product you have purchased. You may top-up the balance for the product that you wish to exchange if it costs more than the product that you have purchased.

Procedure:

  1. Kindly take a photo of your receipt or provide the online invoice of your order to our support e-mail / WhatsApp. 
  2. List the products that you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange and what products you wish to exchange. 
  3. Our customer support staff will get back to you within 24 working hours for follow-up. 
  4. Please do not apply for product exchanges after two weeks / 14 days from the date of purchase as it will not go through.
