We may also receive relevant project information from your interior designer, contractor or another person involved in your project where you have authorised them, instructed them or would reasonably expect them to provide that information to us.

5. Floor plans and project materials

Floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting plans, interior drawings and interior renders submitted to Near may contain information relating to a private residence.

We use these materials primarily to understand, prepare, quote, supply and support your lighting project.

We will not intentionally publish identifiable customer floor plans, interior drawings, renders or other private project materials for advertising or marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

6. Consent and withdrawal of consent

Where consent is required under applicable law, you may withdraw your consent to the continued collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request.

Where applicable, we will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawing consent.

Near does not sell personal data.

You may request to stop receiving marketing communications from Near.

Requests to stop marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary in relation to an existing enquiry, project, transaction, delivery, warranty matter or support request.
