Troubleshooting Method 1:
Make sure that the Zigbee Hub was not paired with the Home App in the first place.
a. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the Home App.
b. Select “Home Settings” and locate “Home Hubs & Bridges”
c. If you see 1 or more hub(s), there is a chance that the hub has been paired with Home App.
d. Identify the Hub, Select the Hub and click on “Remove Bridge from Home”.
e. Try scanning the QR code and repeat the pairing process again.
Troubleshooting Method 2:
Full Reset.
a. Clear cache: Long-press the reset button on the back of the hub for 5 to 10s. The pairing indicator should begin flashing for 5s. Otherwise, long-press for another 5 to 10s.
b. Enter the Near App > Locate the hub that you have paired earlier > Click on the settings button on the product page in the top right corner > Scroll to the bottom > Click on “Disconnect and wipe data”.
c. Once the green light begins flashing, the cache has been cleared. Next, repeat the steps found on the "How to Pair" page from Step 2: Adding The Zigbee Hub to Step 4: Pairing the Hub to the Home App
